Thank you to our Mooloolah Public Hall Committee John Dixon our President, Emily Ledger our Secretary, Angela Surch our Treasurer, Marta Hardeman our Vice President and Selina Stewart our Booking Officer for your continued service, dedication and contribution towards careful roles that are vital for the future success of our beautiful community Hall.

Sustainability. We have sufficient financial reserves to maintain the Hall and meet future commitments. Our funding streams are diverse, and we have a planned approach to grant applications. We use efficient processes and systems to reduce volunteer workloads. Through successful community engagement we are working towards a succession plan.
Governance. The Hall Committee understands their responsibilities and are supported to fulfil their roles. There is a regular schedule of meetings, and all minutes and actions are documented. Legal and financial obligations of the Hall and Committee are met. The Hall Committee is transparent and approachable.
Community Engagement. The Hall is accessible and available for community use. The Hall attracts new members and community engagement is valued. General Meetings are welcoming and respectful. The Hall Committee is flexible and responsive to community needs. The Hall provides opportunities for volunteering and community connection.
Community Connection. Diversity is acknowledged and valued through being culturally aware and inclusive. The Hall is clean and usable and valued by the community who use it. We take part in events and activities that promote community connection. We communicate with the community to promote use of the Hall and ensure community connection and relevance.
Mission. Through providing a safe, welcoming hub in Mooloolah Valley, we foster community connection and meet community needs. With perspective management we uphold the integrity of the hall, ensuring its relevance and value to the local community.
